Many criminal defense law firm websites display only their most successful results, omitting the less favorable outcomes. But the reality is, it is just not possible for any law firm to get every case dismissed or to obtain a not-guilty verdict 100% of the time. A high quality firm should have a high percentage of successful results as a ratio of total cases, and should not be afraid to display all of those results within the context of a general time-frame so that you can judge for yourself. The case results below represent complete results for cases resolved since January 2009. These results should not be interpreted to mean that any particular result can be guaranteed or obtained on your case. Each case is different and has its own unique issues and possible points of attack.
